- A vibrant and nurturing life at St. David’s House, our Residential Care Centre, for young people needing nursing or social care.
- Independent living with the right amount of support at Our Supported Living Houses, situated on the edge of Exeter.
- Jigsaw, Our Adult Day Services, offers enriching activities and social connections, with the full support of trained staff, five days a week.

What’s it like working at InFocus?
InFocus offers a friendly and supportive work environment set in beautiful grounds within easy reach of Exeter city centre.
Our young people lead rich and fulfilling lives at InFocus, and as a member of our team, you’ll get to share in these rewarding experiences. One day you might find yourself enjoying activities with the young people on our stunning 13-acre site, and the next, supporting them on a sailing trip or a visit to town for a bite to eat.
No experience needed
At InFocus, everyone who joins us, regardless of their role or prior experience, undergoes a paid induction and training period to prepare them for their job. As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to refresh your training and learn new skills, with the support of our experienced team.
“It’s amazing here. You get all these wow moments. It makes you feel good about yourself”
