Last week, InFocus College student Luke had the remarkable opportunity to attend a reception at the Houses of Parliament. Accompanied by his parents and College Principal, Jason, Luke joined the event hosted by MP Max Wilkinson on behalf of National Star College and the Together Trust.

The reception focused on supporting individuals with disabilities, particularly in the context of further education and the transition to adulthood.

Luke truly shone throughout the evening, representing InFocus College with enthusiasm and pride. His parents were equally remarkable, taking every opportunity to highlight the positive impact InFocus has had on their family.

College Principal Jason said, “It was wonderful to see Luke embrace this experience. He was an outstanding ambassador for the college, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

This inspiring evening at Westminster is a testament to the importance of inclusion and support in education, and we are thrilled that Luke and InFocus were part of it.
