At InFocus, you will be part of a team that is passionate about providing innovative and tailored support to our young people. Working together, we strive to ensure that our young people are given the best possible advice and guidance in order to optimise their independence.

We provide induction training to make sure everyone is up-to-date on our policies and procedures. This includes VI awareness training for those who may not have worked with people with a vision impairment before. For staff in enabler and support worker roles, we provide more in-depth training to help them understand how to best support our young people.

We also support you to achieve a level 3 qualification in health and social care (for staff in enabler and support worker roles). We’ll also cover the cost of any training fees.

This includes:

  • 6 weeks annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (pro rata for part time roles)
  • 3 paid medical appointments per rolling year
  • paid sick leave

In addition, you’ll receive access to onsite facilities, such as  free onsite parking, a small gym and “staff swim” sessions in our heated swimming pool.

We also offer a free confidential employee assistance program that provides access to professionals who can assist with practical and emotional matters.
